Act V

Chapter 1: Home Away from Home

Pamphlet

At the beginning of the chapter, once you get to the top of the steps at the train platform, look to the left at the end of the entrance hallway before going into the platform area and you'll see the pamphlet on the ground. You need to collect it before you eliminate all the enemies on the platform or you will go into a cutscene and miss your chance.

Assault Plans

After you take the Silverback (you do need to take it to get this collectible), you will cross the beach to a big cave on your left as you're taking cover from the mortar strikes. Once inside, look to your left beyond some crates for a grate covering a doorway in the lefthand corner. Smash that in with the Silverback and the plans are inside to the right beside an ammo box.

Chapter 2: Blackout

This is another one that requires the Silverback to get. If you still have your Silverback from the previous area, great. If not, you can grab one out of the hangar right in front of you at the beginning of the chapter. The switch to the door is semi-hidden to the right of the doorway behind some crates. Now get on the lift and once it stops, go to storage area 3 and look for the broken gate with a door beyond it (captioned below). You'll see the Crimson Omen on the lefthand wall beside the door. Break down the door with the Silverback and the tags are just inside the door to the right.

Schematics

Inside the Maelstrom Facility, as soon as you get off the elevator, go to the big desk in the center and push the button to open a wall safe to your right behind a picture. The schematics are in the safe.

Chapter 3: Shattered Paradise

Money Stack

When you enter the hotel (just after using the Siege Beast to destroy the Gas Barges), take a left and go straight ahead until you're looking at two gated doors. Go to the door on your left and you'll get the prompt to interact with an object. This will open a secret compartment under the tile and reveal the money.

Diary

After blowing the dam, you'll be in a room with an angel statue. Go up the stairs to where the statue is and you'll see the diary on a table between some couches by an ammo box.

After leaving the previous room, you'll enter a concourse area and will be attacked by Locust. Go straight back and you'll see the Crimson Omen on the wall to your left beside a fountain. The tags are behind the last set of benches in this area before you deadend into a gated doorway.

Chapter 4: Threshold

Memorial Announcement

As soon as you start this chapter, go down and take a right beside the angel statue, then go up a couple of short flights of stairs and straight ahead. You can't miss the statue on the pedestal in front of you. Read the Memorial Announcement on the statue.

Announcement

After using the elevator to go up, hit the call button again to bring up the elevator beside the one you came up in and the poster is on the wall inside.

Chapter 5: Ascension

Brochure

After the part where you have to jump to the roof of Cole and Baird's elevator, once you get off the elevator you will be in a circular room with three levels. Go down one level to the bottom floor. At the bottom of the stairs turn right and go straight back, past the overturned piano, and you will find the brochure behind a white pillar on your right.

After entering the service tunnel, immediately turn right and go into the room just past a vending machine. You will see some boxes stacked to the left of some shelves. Smash the boxes to reveal the last set of C.O.G. tags.

Fenix Research

Inside Adam Fenix's lab. Once you're inside, the research is beside a telescope. Hard to miss.
